Stop Arsenal fans blocking roads and causing noise pollution

We the undersigned petition the council to Stop arsenal fans from walking on roads which block or even prevent access for commuters. Make tougher restrictions on Arsenal fans causing disturbance through loud chanting and shouting loudly or even at inappropriate times of night.

Local residents and commuters travelling through areas of Islington have their journey made almost impossible. Arsenal fans act as if they have a given right to overcrowd roads around areas such as Arsenal station and Holloway. These roads should be accessible to the many members of public who are innocently trying to get from A to B. This is the purpose of these roads and especially for the residents of these areas who are having this right almost stripped from them it seems. Noise pollution is also a problem, furthermore through intoxicated Arsenal fans who are unaware when enough loud shouting is enough. This would cause frustration and distress to many people (even residents on my street) particularly those living next to very noisy pubs. These people include families, mothers with babies and small children and the elderly.
There is nothing wrong with enjoying football, going to matches, the odd fun and banter and cheering on the football game, but there are many fans who selfishly and passively overstep that line.
