Decision:
NB – Page 1 of the report was amended on submission as follows:
Replace “Bunhill” with “Laycock” in Ward information.
Recommendation:
LBI entering into Section 75 (S75) agreement with NHS England to provide adult social care and support to adult male prisoners in Pentonville prison, who are deemed Care Act eligible. The agreement will be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2030 at a total estimated value of £875,000
