4.	Appointment of Chief Digital and Information Officer Minutes: EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC RESOLVED: That the press and public be excluded from the meeting as the presence of members of the public and press could result in the disclosure of exempt information within the terms of the Access to Information Procedures Rules in the Constitution. The sub-committee along with the sub-committees from Camden and Haringey jointly interviewed two shortlisted candidates for the post of Chief Digital and Information Officer (ICT Shared Service). RESOLVED: That Ed Garcez be offered the post of Chief Digital and Information Officer (ICT Shared Service) at the advertised salary of £120,000 plus PRP subject to no member of the Executive objecting in line with Section 100.6 of Part 4 of the Constitution.
