There were no apologies for absence.

Councillor Andy Hull declared an interest and was not present at the meeting.

RESOLVED:

That the committee would consider the recommendations in the exempt appendix attached to the report in private was agreed.

To consider whether to exclude the press and public during discussion of

the remaining items on the agenda, in view of their confidential nature,

in accordance with Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

RESOLVED:

That the press and public be excluded from the discussion of the remaining items on the agenda, in accordance with Paragraph 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
