The
Council has one main Planning Committee and two sub-committees -
Planning Sub-Committee A and Planning Sub-Committee B. The Planning Sub-Committees consider planning
applications that have not been determined by the Service Director
Planning and Development, under delegated authority, and which are
not classified as major applications, as defined in the Town and
Country Planning (General Development) Procedure Order 1995 (as
amended). Full details are in Part 5 of the Council's
Constitution.
Residents can make representations about any of the planning
applications on a meeting’s agenda, at the Chair's
discretion. Comments will normally be limited to three
minutes.
