AGREED RECOMMENDATIONS, SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION AS FOLLOWS:
· It be noted that, where appropriate, schemes will be subject to public consultation, with the outcome of that consultation being conscientiously taken into account when deciding whether to proceed with the scheme.
