New Spring Holdings Ltd	I own a minority shareholding in New Spring Holdings Ltd (NSHL) which is a Family Investment Company primary owned by another family member. NSHL makes venture capital investments under the trading name 'Create Impact Ventures'. I am part of the investment committee for this purpose. In addition, there is a public market investment portfolio which has the following restrictions - no tobacco, weapons, coal, oil or gas. It is otherwise a discretionary mandate and I have no control over investment content or decision making in the portfolio.
