Social Impact Campaigns and Enterprises Ltd makes venture capital investments either directly or via its subsidiary Social Impact Enterprises Ltd, under the trading name 'Create Impact Ventures'. I am part of the investment committee for this purpose. In addition, there is a public market investment portfolio which has the following restrictions - no tobacco, weapons, coal, oil or gas. It is otherwise a discretionary mandate and I have no control over investment content or decision making in the portfolio.
Bloobloom Ltd	Minority shareholder. My shares are held by Social Impact Enterprises Ltd T/A Create Impact Ventures as nominee.
