Don't Impose Massive Cyclical Works Charges on Leaseholders
We the undersigned petition the council to either find a way to reduce major works charges for Charles Rowan House to a reasonable level [under £20,000], or allow leaseholders to opt out of windows replacement.
The council plans to impose charges of around £40,000 per flat on leaseholders at Charles Rowan House for major works including exorbitantly expensive windows replacement.
