RESOLVED:

1.1       That the procurement strategy for the Council to join the Learning Disabilities
            Supported Living Spot Purchase Framework be agreed.

1.2       That authority to award any subsequent contract award for call-off from the
            framework be delegated to the Corporate Director for Housing and Adult
            Social Services be agreed.

Reasons for decision – to meet the increasing need in the borough for supported living accommodation for people with a learning disability
