Appointment of Service Director - Targeted and Specialist Children's Services covering report View the reasons why item 6. is restricted Minutes: EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC RESOLVED: That the press and public be excluded from the meeting as the presence of members of the public and press could result in the disclosure of exempt information within the terms of the Access to Information Procedures Rules in the Constitution. The sub-committee considered three of the short-listed applicants for the post of Service Director Targeted and Specialist Children’s Services. RESOLVED: That Finola Culbert be appointed as Service Director Targeted and Specialist Children’s Services in accordance with the procedures set out in part four of the Council’s Constitution. That the appointment be made within the existing grade for the post.
