2.1 That the procurement strategy
for General Building Work for the
Housing
Repairs Service, Special Projects Team and Legal Repair Team
as
outlined in this report be agreed.
2.2 That authority to award the
contracts be delegated to the Corporate
Director
of Housing and Adult Social Services, in consultation with
the
Executive Member for Housing and Development, be agreed.
Reason for decision – to ensure continuity of service provision.
