RESOLVED:
2.1 That the procurement strategy
for EUC Hardware as outlined in
paragraph 3.4 of this report, utilising the HealthTrust
Europe
framework agreement – Lot 1, be agreed.
2.2. That the award of a
direct-call contract from the HealthTrust Europe
framework agreement – Lot 1 to XMA Limited to deliver the
4,500 EUC
laptop
devices over a period of 12 months with a total value of
£3,264,943 be agreed.
Reason for decision – to ensure the Council’s EUC hardware remains fit for purpose and compliant with security standards..
