RESOLVED:
1.
That the award of a Framework
Agreement for the Procurement and Management of emergency licensed
Nightly Purchased Accommodation (Lot 1)
to the 14 providers listed in Exempt Appendix 1 of the report be
agreed.
2.
That the award of a Framework
Agreement for the Procurement and Management of longer term leased
Temporary Accommodation (Lot 2) to the 12 providers listed in
Exempt Appendix 1 of the report be agreed.
3. That the award of both Framework Agreements to the 16 providers listed in Exempt Appendix 1 to the report be agreed.
Reason for decision – to enable the council to fulfil its statutory duties.
Other options considered – none other than as specified in the report.
