RESOLVED:
That the level of Fixed Penalty Notices,
as provided for under Regulation 2 of the Unauthorised Deposit of
Waste (Fixed Penalties) Regulations 2016, be set at £400 per
penalty notice for fly tipping, reduced to £200 if paid
within 10 days of issue, be agreed.
Reasons for decision – to deter fly-tipping.
