RESOLVED: 2.1 That changes to the procurement process introduced nationally replaced the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) with the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) be noted. The SQ cannot be amended in relation to tax questions although it does go some way to addressing the committee’s recommendation 1. 2.2 That the changes to the Council’s standard contract conditions as outlined in paragraph 4.2 be agreed. 2.3 That the actions undertaken by Strategic Procurement in response to the committee’s recommendations 3 and 4 be noted.
