Councillor Andy Hull declared an interest and was not present at the meeting.

RESOLVED:

That the non-exempt minutes of the meeting on 24 June 2019 be agreed as a correct record of the meeting and the Chair be authorised to sign them.

To consider whether to exclude the press and public during discussion of the

remaining items on the agenda, in view of their confidential nature, in

accordance with Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

RESOLVED:

That the press and public be excluded from the discussion of the remaining items on the agenda, in accordance with Paragraph 1, Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

RESOLVED:
