Adults accompanying their children on playgrounds often emit more noise by 'cajoling' noisily in order to spur their offspring into some action. With overpopulation in Islington increasing, adequate noise protection must be provided from noisy playgrounds, in particular the one at Dalmeny Road. Noise reduction can be achieved by dense tall hedging. This would also have the benefit of providing privacy.
